Under minimal direct supervision, the Safety Associate role ensures security and safety of our members and staff by patrolling the buildings and grounds. Safety Associates provide support during all hours of the day for members and employees, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitors the facility and grounds to ensure the safety of all members, staff, and guests.</li>
<li>Completes a minimum of one (1) interior and one (1) exterior patrol as assigned, with each patrol including the expected number of pictures and comprehensive notes required.</li>
<li>Completes detailed and prompt reporting and documentation of any/all incidents that occur on shift.</li>
<li>Operates and monitors the front desk by checking in/out staff and visitors according to company policy.</li>
<li>Ensures the responsible searching, securing, and documenting of all deliveries and drop-offs.</li>
<li>Monitors CCTV cameras within the facility to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of members and staff.</li>
<li>Obtains and documents the required member information upon any/all discharges and/or passes, as appropriate.</li>
<li>Responds to requests for assistance/support from staff and members, as needed.</li>
<li>Provides members and staff with support and assistance at intake and/or discharge, as needed.</li>
<li>Enforces applicable member/staff-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li>
<li>Assists with monitored urinalysis/drug testing of members, as needed and per company protocols.</li>
<li>Assists departments with member interactions, including locating and escorting members to designated areas.</li>
<li>Assists with Fire and Life Safety monitoring and logging.</li>
<li>Acts as the first point of contact with law enforcement and first responders.</li>
<li>Assists clinical departments with Room Wellness Assessments as needed.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>

About the Position &ndash; HR Operations Specialist

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of New Freedom&rsquo;s HR systems, processes, and compliance functions. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including payroll preparation, timekeeping oversight, credential and license tracking, HR data management, and compliance reporting. The HR Operations Specialist also supports the coordination of HR communications, employee events, and training activities, contributing to a seamless and positive employee experience in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Your Impact Will Include:
<ul>
<li>Manage HR systems, data, and reporting for the department and team</li>
<li>Manage payroll and timekeeping administration for the company</li>
<li>Monitor and manage HR credential and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Plan, organize, implement and support employee engagement activities, events, and employee communication efforts</li>
<li>Provide administrative and departmental support to employees, leaders, and members of the HR team</li>
<li>Assist and support with benefits and worker's compensation tracking, reporting, and monitoring</li>
<li>Assist and support with employee and leadership training, as needed</li>
<li>Partner with the HR team to maintain operational excellence, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and ensure consistency across HR processes and systems</li>
