From luxe laces to power suiting silhouettes, we&rsquo;re creating collections that celebrate femininity and strength.Position Overview: We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. This individual will help bring our brand vision to life from initial concept through final sample, with a strong understanding of fabrication, fit, and construction. You must have experience designing for women&rsquo;s contemporary brands and working with overseas production (China/India preferred).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design seasonal collections and capsules aligned with brand DNA</li><li>Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs</li><li>Source and select fabrics, trims, and hardware</li><li>Collaborate with factories and sample rooms (primarily overseas) to ensure design execution and fit</li><li>Conduct fittings and revise designs as needed</li><li>Research trends, silhouettes, colors, and market competitors</li><li>Maintain design calendar and deadlines</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in women's fashion design (contemporary)</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in garment construction, fit, and patternmaking</li><li>Ability to create clear and accurate tech packs for overseas factories</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles area</li></ul>Bonus if you have:<ul><li>Experience with laces, suiting, draping, embroideries</li></ul>To Apply: Please send your resume, portfolio (PDF or website), and a short note about why you&rsquo;re the right fitJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
