This role helps maintain organization across multiple businesses so the CEO can focus on leadership, content creation, and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Schedule &amp; Time Management<ul><li>Manage Josh&rsquo;s daily calendar and appointments</li><li>Schedule meetings, calls, and content recording sessions</li><li>Coordinate schedules between departments and external partners</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly calendar overviews</li></ul>B. Administrative &amp; Task Coordination<ul><li>Assist with organizing daily priorities and task lists</li><li>Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines</li><li>Maintain project trackers in tools such as Notion or ClickUp</li><li>Help organize meeting notes and action items</li></ul>C. Basic Budget &amp; Expense Tracking<ul><li>Track expenses related to content, contractors, and business operations</li><li>Maintain simple budget tracking sheets</li><li>Assist with compiling financial reports and documentation when needed</li></ul>D. Media &amp; Content Coordination<ul><li>Help coordinate scheduling for content shoots and production timelines</li><li>Communicate with editors and media contractors regarding deliverables</li><li>Track basic progress of content projects</li></ul>E.
