If you're passionate about helping clients and love a good challenge (and a good laugh), we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain frequent and professional client communication</li><li>Initiate insurance claims and handle related documentation</li><li>Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills</li><li>Draft demand packages for settlement negotiations</li><li>Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Prior legal experience required</li><li>Claims experience preferred</li><li>Medical or customer service experience is a big plus</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and must have a sense of humor</li><li>College degree preferred</li><li>Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Springfield, MA 01108 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Springfield, MA 01108: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
