 What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Lead &amp; Close: Guide buyers through the new home sales process with expertise.</li><li>
Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.</li><li>
Marketing &amp; Outreach: Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Customer Relationship Management: Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.</li><li>
Community Leadership: Shape builder decisions through strategic, expert-level community management.</li></ul> 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Availability: Must work onsite, weekends required.</li><li>
Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance.</li><li>
Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability.</li><li>
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools are a plus.</li><li>
Education/License: Bachelor's preferred; must obtain a real estate license during training.</li><li>
Other: Reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license, and liability insurance on your vehicle.</li></ul> 
 What You&rsquo;ll Earn<ul><li>
Begin with a guaranteed salary during your training and ramp-up period (up to 5 months), then transition to our performance-based plan with uncapped commissions once you&rsquo;re sales-floor ready. Enjoy faster payouts and consistent earnings&mdash;half of your commission is paid upfront and the rest at closing.</li><li>
