Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development</li><li>
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and staff training compliance</li><li>
Build a positive culture grounded in accountability, engagement, and communication</li><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and performance</li><li>
Manage HR policies, benefits, compensation programs, and regulatory compliance</li><li>
Ensure personnel files, training records, and credentialing meet CARF and state requirements</li><li>
Partner with Quality &amp; Compliance teams to support accreditation, surveys, and audits</li><li>
Drive retention initiatives and staff development programs</li></ul>
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have:</p><p><br>
</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field</li><li>
7+ years of progressive HR experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred)</li><li>
Strong knowledge of CARF, OSHA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and employment law</li><li>
Experience managing complex employee relations and leading organizational change</li><li>
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities</li><li>
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred</li></ul><p>
