Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Digital Marketing Executive to manage our company's digital presence and create high-quality marketing content. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and video production.Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.</li><li>Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat.</li><li>Strong videography and photography skills.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.</li><li>Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication and content creation skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all company social media platforms.</li><li>Develop and implement monthly content plans.</li><li>Capture professional photos and videos at project sites, offices, and events.</li><li>Edit engaging videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Create graphics and marketing materials for digital platforms.</li><li>Write engaging captions and marketing content in Arabic (and English when required).</li><li>Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to strengthen the company's online presence and generate business leads.</li></ul>Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
