Job Title: CRM Manager / CRM SpecialistJob SummaryWe&rsquo;re looking for a CRM professional to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategy. This role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns, automation, and insights.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics)</li><li>Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app</li><li>Segment customer databases based on behavior, lifecycle, and demographics</li><li>Build and maintain automated customer journeys and workflows</li><li>Analyze CRM performance (open rates, conversion, retention, churn) and share insights</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams</li><li>Ensure CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, consent management)</li><li>Test, learn, and continuously improve CRM strategies (A/B testing)</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data</li><li>Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
