We are looking for passionate Recruiters (IT &amp; Non-IT) to join our HR team and help us attract top talent across various domains.Key ResponsibilitiesFor IT Recruiter:<ul><li>Understand technical job descriptions and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.</li><li>Screen and evaluate candidates for software development, infrastructure, data, and other technical roles.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.</li></ul>For Non-IT Recruiter:<ul><li>Source and screen candidates for non-technical roles such as sales, marketing, HR, operations, finance, and administration.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring.</li><li>Manage job postings, candidate databases, and interview coordination.</li><li>Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Training and development programs to enhance your skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
