 About the Job:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Research and Insights team. The ideal candidate will support the design and analysis of CX and EX journeys, gather and analyze data, support the design of journey improvements, contributing to overall project documentation, and participating in workshops. This role demands a results-driven mindset, problem solving skills and high accountability. The candidate must excel in communication and project management, and embody our company culture.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Main Duties Will Include:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Data Gathering &amp; Analysis
 
 : Collect and analyze data related to employee experiences and feedback, using analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 EX/CX Journey Mapping
 
 : Assist in the design and continuous refinement of employee journey maps to improve the overall employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reporting &amp; Presentations
 
 : Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights for key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration &amp; Knowledge Sharing
 
 : Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project goals, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of the team's intellectual assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Accountability
 
 : Commit to project deadlines and deliver work with minimal need for revisions, while ensuring expected outcomes are communicated effectively to the engagement manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Internal Contributions
 
 : Contribute to internal research, thought leadership, and the development of intellectual property within the EX/CX domain.
 </li>

 : Support the development of proposals and sales presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We Expect From You:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in data analysis, preferably in Employee Experience or Human Resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven skills in Microsoft Office (mostly Excel and PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter attitude, self-motivated and confident, with a strong work ethic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability and willingness to travel, when necessary
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 Years of experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of various industries, including their market dynamics, trends, and challenges related to experience management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior consulting experience is required.
 </li>
