<div>New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for communities across Minnesota.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales, the Regional Director of sales will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans designed to capitalize on market opportunities and enhance occupancy. This role will oversee a number of communities across Minnesota. You will collaborate to build a creative, integrated, multi-channel department that builds brand awareness and a positive reputation. In addition, the person in this role will drive a steady flow of sales leads while measuring the success of the program through metrics.

Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) plus bonus!

Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3-5 Years Successful Sales and/or Operations experience in senior living or related industry</li>
<li>Ability to travel 40-60% in assigned region (MN) and at times work evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Experience with pre-leasing new developments preferred</li>
<li>Multi-Site experience preferred</li>
<li>Management experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Inspire change, guide community teams to enhance the prospect experience to increase tour to Move-In conversion percentage</li>
<li>Train community leadership team to conduct effective tours with leads and professionals</li>
<li>Work with Leadership team when changes are necessary, so standards are met</li>
<li>Create, update and manage quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan in collaboration with the community tea to generate new leads, advance current leads, build relationships with referral sources, and close sales</li>
<li>Collect and evaluate current market research to understand trends and competition, and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing conditions</li>
<li>Work with Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, and VP of Sales to value-price the community apartments to maximize revenue and sales</li>
<li>Determine other opportunities for increased revenue, i.e. increased Community Fees in specific apartments and neighborhoods, increased rates for services and/or increased apartment rents based on competitor information</li>
