Our work blends strategy, design, and technology to help high-end clients elevate their online presence and grow their business.About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Website Designer &amp; Developer who can bring creative vision and technical execution together. You&rsquo;ll design, develop, and maintain websites for a range of premium brands&mdash;balancing aesthetic excellence with performance, functionality, and ease of use.The ideal candidate is fluent in Shopify, WordPress (Elementor), and/or Webflow, understands how to create conversion-focused designs, and can work efficiently across multiple projects in a collaborative agency environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop visually stunning, responsive websites that reflect each client&rsquo;s brand identity.</li><li>Build and maintain websites in Shopify, WordPress/Elementor, and occasionally Webflow.</li><li>Customize and optimize themes, templates, and plugins for performance and user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between design, content, and functionality.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure sites are secure, fast, and fully optimized for SEO.</li><li>Manage website updates, content integrations, and feature enhancements.</li><li>Stay current on design trends, UX best practices, and emerging web technologies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;6+ years of professional web design/development experience.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Shopify, WordPress (Elementor), and/or Webflow.</li><li>Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with responsive design, UX/UI principles, and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing modern, polished websites&mdash;especially for premium or luxury brands.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Bonus: experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Tag Manager, and basic SEO.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Collaborative, creative in-office environment in Wellington, FL</li><li>Opportunity to work with world-class luxury and lifestyle brands</li><li>Career growth potential within a fast-growing agency</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your r&eacute;sum&eacute;, portfolio link, and examples of websites you&rsquo;ve designed or developed.
