** What You&rsquo;ll Do 
As a Finance Clerk, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly by:
<ul>
<li>Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable</li>
<li>Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner</li>
<li>Assisting with bank reconciliations and reviewing daily cash reports</li>
<li>Supporting payroll processing through data entry and verification</li>
<li>Generating and reviewing basic financial reports</li>
<li>Organizing financial documentation for audits and internal use</li>
<li>Assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
** What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role (preferred)</li>
<li>Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills</li>
<li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
</ul>
** Education
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred</li>
</ul>
** Work Environment

Office-based role with regular computer use 
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
Occasional overtime may be required
