As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, you&rsquo;ll partner with clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic, and functional needs&mdash;guiding them through furniture selection, custom options, promotions, ordering, and delivery updates. You&rsquo;ll stay current on design trends, confidently present cohesive solutions, and curate a welcoming, inspirational showroom that reflects both your personal design sensibility and our commitment to exceptional service. 


How much can you earn?

$44,000+ annually? Easy.

$80,000+ annually? Absolutely.

$100,000+ annually? Go for it. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul><li> Own the full customer journey, delivering a seamless experience from initial engagement through post-delivery follow-up.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Confidently guide customers through product selection, promotions, ordering, and delivery communication to drive successful outcomes.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Accurately prepare and process sales orders, meeting performance and quality standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Build and maintain strong product expertise
</li></ul><ul><li> Proactively respond to assigned text and digital chat inquiries using company-approved tools to convert opportunities into sales.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Present and recommend product protection plans and available financing options to maximize customer value and sales results.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Actively manage leads and conduct timely customer follow-up to drive appointments, close sales, and support repeat business.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Clearly communicate promotional pricing and advertised merchandise to support informed buying decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling showroom that supports an effective sales environment.</li></ul> 


 Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Preferred experience-
<ul><li> Interior design, furniture design, or space planning experience</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proven client-consultation experience translating vision, lifestyle, and budget into cohesive design solutions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong knowledge of furniture styles, fabrics, finishes, scale, and layout principles</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience in a consultative, performance-driven or commission-based environment preferred</li></ul>
