<div>Description:

Summary: Receive, organize, and maintain feed ingredient inventories in the Mankato warehouse; Transports packaged feed and feed ingredients as scheduled by supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Supports New Vision Co-op&rsquo;s stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.</li><li>Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.</li><li>Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.</li><li>Comply with FDA&rsquo;s Good Manufacturing Policies, New Vision Co-op&rsquo;s policies and procedures, and HACCP standards.</li><li>Verify quantity, quality and package integrity of inbound and outbound warehouse inventory and record any deviations from the bill of lading and notify Feed Warehouse Supervisor.</li><li>Monitor micro bin system and tote rack inventory on a &ldquo;keep full&rdquo; basis.</li><li>Organize, maintain and move warehouse inventory on a first in, first out schedule.</li><li>Complete all reports as required by supervisor.</li><li>Maintain safe operating practices and valid certifications on all warehouse equipment.</li><li>Maintain equipment and keep all work areas clean.</li><li>Schedule bag deliveries and communicate delays or changes with Site Manager.</li><li>Repair damaged packaging and adjust inventory as necessary with supervisor approval if discarding of product is required.</li><li>Assist with bagging operations.</li><li>Coordinate adequate floor stock inventory with Site Manager.</li><li>Deliver feed and pick up feed ingredients according to supervisor&rsquo;s instructions.</li><li>Inform supervisor of delivery problems.</li><li>Comply with all traffic laws and operate all equipment in a safe manner.</li><li>Do routine maintenance and repair on transportation equipment.</li><li>Keep transportation equipment in compliance with MNDOT regulations.</li></ul>
Requirements:

H.S. Diploma/GED</li><li>
Valid Class A CDL with health card and acceptable MVR.</li><li>
Maintenance and mechanical skills.</li><li>
Computer Skills</li><li>
Customer Service Skills</li><li>
Attention to Detail</li><li>
Ability to lift 60 lbs</li><li>
Experience with delivering feed or grain preferred.</li></ul>
