The Shelf Boy is responsible for arranging, stocking, and maintaining products on store shelves in a neat, clean, and organized manner. He ensures product availability, correct pricing, cleanliness of shelves, and assists customers when required, contributing to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Shelf Stocking &amp; Arrangement</li><li>Load, unload, and stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and displays.</li><li>Ensure proper arrangement of products as per company standards.</li><li>Refill shelves promptly to avoid out-of-stock situations.</li><li>Product Handling &amp; Inventory Support</li><li>Check expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items immediately.</li><li>Assist in receiving goods and verify quantities against delivery notes.</li><li>Report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies to the supervisor.</li><li>Cleanliness &amp; Store Maintenance</li><li>Keep shelves, aisles, and storage areas clean and tidy at all times.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and price tags are displayed correctly.</li><li>Follow hygiene and safety standards inside the store.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of supermarket operations preferred.</li><li>Ability to read product labels and expiry dates.</li><li>Physically fit to lift and move goods.</li><li>Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Standing for long hours and handling stock.</li><li>Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
