Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective new parents ensuring that tours are tailor-made to meet their needs as much as possible and promote the school&rsquo;s academic and non-academic achievementsLead the parent journey, mapping and measuring how customer service at all points supports NYA&rsquo;s brand promise and encourages parent endorsementMaintain open lines of communications with existing parents and ensure that their feedback including concerns, complaints and compliments are handled effectively and passed to the relevant member of staff, efficiently and in a timely manner. Liaise with other school personnel or departments as required.Resolve, or escalate through the correct channels, non-academic school issues that parents or parent&rsquo;s groups may raiseEnsure that the HOS and/or Vice Principal and relevant staff are regularly informed of problems or matters of significanceUndertake parent surveys. Collate responses and produce analysis and action planning recommendations in partnership with the SLTConduct Parent Exit Surveys and prepare reports for the SLTTrain and supervise Front of House staff for excellence in customer service and face to face parent contact.Admissions and RegistrationsOperate the admissions procedures ensuring all students are registered in accordance with NYA&rsquo;s regulatory policiesProvide the HoS and SLT with regular updates on Admissions DataManage the application approvals process with the Vice- Principal and Academic CoordinatorsManage and conduct student registration assessments in liaison with relevant Coordinators, EAL and SEN staffManage all placement tests or interviews for new registrations to school and collate resultsArrange the placement of students in classes with the approval of HOS and Vice Principal Manage wait lists and ensure the school&rsquo;s admissions policy is transparent and adhered toLiaise with the Finance Department to issue invoices for new students and ensure that all data is current on the student management systemManage the initial induction of new families and students, including answering all questions in a professional and timely manner, providing support and adviceEnsure the effective management and compliance of best practice for customer relations, including line management of the Front of House and Admissions teams.School CommunityWork with new and prospective parents, existing parents, visitors to the school, school employees and Senior Leadership and other departments as requiredDevelop and maintain a highly functioning professional relationship with each departmentVigilantly ensure the safety and welfare of team members and colleaguesGeneralBe prepared for involvement in complex project management issues if requiredHave a good understanding of budgets and business-planningEnsure the NYA policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all timesMaintain educational knowledge of NYA, curriculum development and accreditation changes to remain current and able to report or market on changes to the educational services on offerAttend relevant meetings and serve on committees as requiredWorking within budget guidelines and company proceduresAccountable for driving enrolments in order to meet annual student number targets as confirmed by the SLTCarry out such other duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be required by the school.SafeguardingThe job holder&rsquo;s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact. This will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times.
