Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Format and standardize candidate resumes as per company and client requirements.</li><li>
Update and maintain job requisitions, candidate shortlists, rejections, and client call notes in <b>JobzMachine (Internal ATS)</b>.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain designation change reports, quarterly reports, and bi-weekly leaderboard updates.</li><li>
Maintain and update Google Sheets and other trackers.</li><li>
Prepare incentive reports, create Top Incentive Makers flyers, and share reports with management.</li><li>
Coordinate daily cab operations and attend monthly DM meetings.</li><li>
Support day-to-day recruitment and operational activities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Requirements</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, especially in resume formatting and documentation.</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.</li></ul></div><p></p>
