Description: The Sourcing Analyst will support the sourcing category manager&mdash;assisting with negotiations, analysis, project execution, etc. with the primary goal of driving productivity. They will collaboratively work with the extended sourcing organization and cross-functional teams toward these goals.</div><div></div><div> 
Major Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Support the category manger in development and execution of sourcing strategies for designated commodities or product platforms that encompass the following:</li><li><ul><li>
Productivity &ndash; Develop productivity pipeline to deliver 3% gross productivity annually and provide analysis for productivity opportunities
</li><li>Working capital improvements: payment terms extensions, lead time &amp; inventory reductions</li></ul></li><li>
Responsible for supporting the category manager on commercial activities including:</li><li><ul><li>
Contract Management</li><li>
Product / Part Qualification</li><li>
Quotation preparation and negotiation activities</li><li>
Regulatory Compliance</li></ul></li><li>
Participative and integral member in product development teams serving as category sourcing support for NPD/VAVE initiatives</li><li>
Vendor and part data management within SAP</li><li>
Supplier and commodity spend management and productivity tracking.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Ability to travel (Less than 10% expected)</li><li>
Proven problem solving skills.</li><li>
Effective oral and written communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent analytical and project leadership skills</li><li>
Ability manage multiple projects to completion</li><li>
Negotiation experience and strong communication skills externally with suppliers</li><li>
0-3 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, operations, or related business fields</li><li>
Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience is required</li><li>
Experience sourcing from a global supply base (preferred)</li><li>
Previous experience with consumer products company (preferred)</li><li>

Job Overview: 
We seek an exceptionally talented designer who can create world-class product innovation. As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will bring consumer insight and stellar execution to design initiatives that harness cutting-edge technologies, integrating generative AI and emerging design tools into your workflow, pushing boundaries while ensuring each concept delivers real-world value. 
You will advocate for the design process across consumer products, from home goods and baby gear to outdoor equipment and kitchen appliances. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with graphic designers, usability experts, CMF specialists, and engineers to drive concepts from initial idea through to production-ready reality. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead the design of complex, high-visibility projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer insights, brand strategy, and business goals.</li><li>
Develop and communicate compelling product visions through sketching, rendering, prototyping, and storytelling.</li><li>
Drive design exploration and innovation, proactively identifying new opportunities in form, function, and user experience.</li><li>
Collaborate deeply with Marketing, Engineering, R&amp;D, and Manufacturing to balance design intent with feasibility, cost, and timelines.</li><li>
Translate research and trend analysis into actionable design strategies and differentiated product experiences.</li><li>
Establish and uphold design standards for aesthetics, usability, and craftsmanship within assigned projects.</li><li>
Create and present persuasive design narratives to influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide guidance to Associate and Staff designers, helping them grow their skills and elevate their work.</li><li>
Contribute to cross-category design reviews, offering constructive feedback and design critique.</li><li>
Act as a subject matter expert in design tools, prototyping, and advanced visualization techniques.</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design</li><li>
5 years+ of relevant experience in corporate or consulting Industrial Design</li><li>
Ability to travel at least once per quarter</li><li>
Very good communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work in team environments</li><li>
Exhibits advanced Aesthetic Sensibilities mastery in product form, detailing, and CMF with sophisticated understanding of aesthetic paradigms aligned to brand identity and market positioning.</li><li>
Leads with Consumer Empathy through designs informed by articulated and unarticulated insights embedded in workflows and real-world use cases.</li><li>
Utilizes Design Context through compelling storytelling that fosters emotional and logical connection. Advanced LLM use with compelling prompts. Proficient with ChatGPT, MS CoPilot or equivalents</li><li>
Advanced Design Feasibility knowledge, ensuring production-ready designs through close engineering/manufacturing collaboration while meeting requirements without sacrificing core ideas.</li><li>
Demonstrates 2D design skills with strong sketching and Gen AI exploration while maintaining design intent. Advanced composition skills. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Vizcom or equivalents</li><li>
Highly developed 3D design skills including advanced CAD modeling, surfacing, rendering, NURBS/Sub-D, and AR/VR engagement. Hand modelmaking and rapid prototyping expertise. Proficient with SolidWORKS, Rhino, Keyshot, Kaedim, Aero, UE or equivalents</li><li>
Proficient in Motion Design producing high-quality animations and video content. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Runway or equivalents</li><li>

Senior Industrial Designer

Your Role &amp; Team in a Nutshell</div>
As a Statutory Accountant, you will prepare statutory accounts, adjust Turkish GAAP entries, reconcile US GAAP valuations, manage audits, complete VAT returns, and ensure compliance. You will handle employee withholdings, personal income tax filings, and manage import/export transactions. 
You will be part of a dedicated finance team of three people, based in our Istanbul office. 
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.<div> 
Your Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Prepare Annual Statutory Accounts for the Newell Turkey legal entity using Logo.</li><li>
Adjust Turkish GAAP entries, including fixed assets, inventories, revenue reclassifications, and bad debt reserves.</li><li>
Reconcile Turkish GAAP accounts payables and Accounts receivables.</li><li>
Format Accounts as required by Turkish regulations.</li><li>
Generate Management Reports</li><li>
Manage Statutory Audits and liaise with auditors.</li><li>
Complete VAT Returns monthly and annually, ensuring VAT compliance.</li><li>
Handle Bank payments and accounting records .</li><li>
Record Accounting Entries accurately.</li><li>
Manage Income Tax filings, both monthly and annually.</li><li>
Assist Auditors with Corporate Income Tax returns and act as the local contact.</li><li>
Ensure Legal Archiving of documents.</li><li>
Initiate Improvement Projects as required.</li><li>
Process Import &amp; Export Accounting Transactions.</li><li>
Complete Cost of Goods Sold Transactions.</li></ul><div>

3-5 years of accounting experience in similar positions/industry.</li><li>
Fluent Turkish and advanced English (both written and spoken).</li><li>
