Job Overview 
We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead category&#8209;level fashion design for Baby gear. You&rsquo;ll translate consumer insights and trend research into compelling fashion strategies, drive advanced fabric development and bring concepts to life with compelling 2D/3D visualization leveraging Gen AI to enhance efficiency, creativity, and impact.
This role is a senior individual contributor that owns programs from concept through production, influences Fashion team delivery, and partners closely with Soft Goods Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Sourcing and Marketing to deliver beautiful, safe, and manufacturable products. 
Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Own seasonal Fashion direction for assigned baby&#8209;gear programs; define palettes, patterns, trims, and material stories that strengthen brand identity and differentiation.</li><li>
Lead trend research (fashion, lifestyle, retail, cultural) and synthesize insights into designs and presentations for cross&#8209;functional review.</li><li>
Manage color strategy end&#8209;to&#8209;end, build palettes, create standards, review lab dips and approve production samples across multiple substrates.</li><li>
Produce advanced visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent</li><li>
Ensure compliance with juvenile product safety and quality requirements in partnership with Quality and Regulatory</li><li>
Lead 1&ndash;2 programs at a time with accountability for calendar, risk mitigation, vendor communication, and cross&#8209;functional alignment from concept through production.</li><li>
Support Associates and Staff through reviews, tutorials, and feedback on color, print, fabric, and documentation; help raise the bar on craft and process.</li><li>
Leverage Generative&#8209;AI tools to accelerate exploration (mood/story boards, 2D studies, prompt&#8209;based material/print ideation) and to improve documentation quality and efficiency.</li><li>
Represent the design function in cross-category reviews, providing expertise in fashion-driven consumer engagement and competitive positioning.</li><li>
Contribute to process excellence: maintain PLM hygiene, material library integrity, naming conventions, and best practices for fashion integration in baby gear.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design, CMF, Industrial Design, or related field.</li><li>
7+ years of relevant experience in corporate or consulting design; juvenile/baby gear or adjacent soft goods experience preferred.</li><li>
Portfolio demonstrating advanced CMF development, trend translation, and refined execution for multi&#8209;material products.</li><li>
High color acuity; confident working across knits/wovens, coatings, foams, and trims.</li><li>
Ability to travel at least once per quarter</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Advanced Aesthetic Sensibilities mastery in color/pattern/material selection and detailing; balances design POV with manufacturability and cost.</li><li>

The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for new product development (NPD) projects as well as sustaining existing products, while working within a cross-functional team. Some travel may be required. This position will:

Draft and review ECN and complete ECN related tasks.</li><li>
Conduct IP searches and collaborate with legal team on IP clearance and on patent filing.</li><li>
Review Drawing and CAD.</li><li>
Benchmark competitive products and identify design alternatives.</li><li>
Assess design for safety, manufacturability and other best practices.</li><li>
Complete technical reviews of product complaints and provide technical support to resolve these issues.</li><li>
Participate on cross functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, implement large-scale product, or process improvements, or major cost reductions.</li><li>
