Job Summary</div><div>
The Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance will enable Newell Brands growth by providing sales forecast and customer trade support to US Sales, Finance, and internal business partners. These duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading the Commercial Finance efforts across multiple business segments within Newell's Walmart, Sam's Club, and BJ&rsquo;s business. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance.</div><div></div><div> 
Responsibilities</div><ul><li>
Provide financial support to Newell account teams including development of forecasts for sales volume and promotional plans.
</li><li>Actively monitor performance against key metrics (i.e. Customer P&amp;L, Trade Checkbook, etc.) helping to drive efficiency and ROI of investments while staying within allocated trade spend.</li><li>
Act as project &lsquo;change champion&rsquo; for new trade spend management system implementation.</li></ul><ul><li>
Conduct monthly financial reviews with account teams to drive visibility to business performance and trade spend.</li><li>
Collaborate with the local sales leader to support preparation for Newell executive business reviews.</li><li>
Assist account teams in preparation for both internal segment and external customer business reviews through financial analysis and modeling.</li><li>
Drive financial process efficiency including the development and refinement of reporting and analytical tools.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Qualifications</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a finance or RGM role</li><li>
Ability to work independently and proven success in a fast paced, matrixed organization.</li></ul><ul><li>
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations.</li><li>
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and using financial systems and tools.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and leaders</li><li>
Consumer goods experience preferred</li></ul>

Your Role &amp; Team in a Nutshell
As a Statutory Accountant, you will prepare statutory accounts, adjust Turkish GAAP entries, reconcile US GAAP valuations, manage audits, complete VAT returns, and ensure compliance. You will handle employee withholdings, personal income tax filings, and manage import/export transactions. 
You will be part of a dedicated finance team of three people, based in our Istanbul office. 
 We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare Annual Statutory Accounts for the Newell Turkey legal entity using Logo.</li><li>
Adjust Turkish GAAP entries, including fixed assets, inventories, revenue reclassifications, and bad debt reserves.</li><li>
Reconcile Turkish GAAP accounts payables and Accounts receivables.</li><li>
Format Accounts as required by Turkish regulations.</li><li>
Generate Management Reports</li><li>
Manage Statutory Audits and liaise with auditors.</li><li>
Complete VAT Returns monthly and annually, ensuring VAT compliance.</li><li>
Handle Bank payments and accounting records .</li><li>
Record Accounting Entries accurately.</li><li>
Manage Income Tax filings, both monthly and annually.</li><li>
Assist Auditors with Corporate Income Tax returns and act as the local contact.</li><li>
Ensure Legal Archiving of documents.</li><li>
Initiate Improvement Projects as required.</li><li>
Process Import &amp; Export Accounting Transactions.</li><li>
Complete Cost of Goods Sold Transactions.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need
Minimum:<ul><li>
3-5 years of accounting experience in similar positions/industry.</li><li>
Fluent Turkish and advanced English (both written and spoken).</li><li>
Good command of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of Logo system</li></ul>

Primary Function:
Operates various Blowmolding machines for the production of cases, lids and wheels within defined production specifications. 
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Performs a variety of tasks to produce various pieces by blowmolding. Judgment is required to maintain cycle speed and to produce quality products in compliance with defined production specifications.</li></ul><ul><li>
Confirm and sign Blowmold Safety buyoff prior to operating machine.</li><li>
Initiate cycle start and remove part with excess plastic from mold, via conveyor, parts picker or manually, after machine control device opens mold.</li><li>
Separate and/or trim excess material from parts or purged material.</li><li>
Flame parts</li><li>
Maintain cycle time standard to meet production requirements.</li><li>
Stack parts into racks or palletainers, moving or adjusting rack/pallatianer as required.</li><li>
Track good/bad parts produced.</li><li>
Regrind excess plastic and unsatisfactory parts for reuse using a grinder.</li><li>
Weigh parts hourly and continuously inspect for Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements.</li><li>
Utilize 5S methods to maintain a clean work environment and follow Lean Manufacturing Principles.</li></ul></div> 
<ul><li>
Use of hand and portable tools including use of a knife, deburr tool and/or scraper blade. Use of cleaning tools such as brooms.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Responsible for quality of own work.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>
Responsible for notifying lead/supervisor with machine issues and material shortages.</li></ul>
