Job Title: UI/UX DesignerExperience Level: 2 - 3 YearsSalary: 3LPALocation: Mohali (Punjab)Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Junior UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to assist in the design and development of user-centric digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging interfaces and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive designer to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and feedback to inform the design process.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.</li><li>UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, usability testing, and user research.</li><li>Support the implementation of designs by providing assets and specifications to developers.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.</li><li>Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.</li><li>Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar.</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.</li><li>Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.</li><li>Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.</li><li>Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.</li><li>Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.</li><li>Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per yearEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>UX: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>HTML5: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
