THE ROLE</h2>
This is the entry point into NewForm's production team &mdash; a hands-on job for someone who wants real production experience and to develop quickly. You'll get on-set reps leading simple shoots yourself, support bigger productions, and maintain the studio space that our creators run through every day. This is a direct pathway into more senior production roles at NewForm and we want candidates with the ambition to grow.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>
Lead simple, lower-stakes shoots start to finish &mdash; lo-fi and phone-first UGC content</li><li>
Assist on larger shoots: help set up camera, lighting, and audio equipment, and keep things moving on set</li><li>
Run studio and office operations &mdash; stocked, organized, camera-ready and welcoming for the creators coming through</li><li>
Support shoot scheduling, logistics, and prep</li><li>
Help source props, wardrobe, and production materials</li><li>
Organize footage and assets after a shoot wraps</li><li>
Be proactive about solving whatever comes up on set</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
REQUIREMENTS</h2><ul><li>
Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, or social/creative marketing</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Willing to learn on set and pitch in wherever needed &mdash; including the day-to-day upkeep of our space</li><li>
Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, or editing tools a plus, not required</li><li>
Previous internship, freelance, or student film experience a plus, not required</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Production Assistant

We help category disruptors such as Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others scale paid social through our short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house content team creates thousands of human-centered ads each month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
THE ROLE</h1>
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you will lead the creative operation from A to Z for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for strategizing, concepting, and executing paid ad concepts by leveraging our in-house content team and external network of creators.
As a Forward Deployed Creative (FDC), you are responsible for connecting the data to the creative. You have a strong eye for what makes winning creative, while also being analytical and using performance data to inform your strategy and execution.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>
Serve as the primary creative point of contact for assigned clients</li><li>
Lead ad scripting, paid media content strategy, and creator execution</li><li>
Partner closely with editors to bring ad concepts to life</li><li>
Manage multiple clients and creative projects simultaneously with precision</li><li>
Analyze performance data to identify insights, improve content performance, and scale winning concepts</li><li>
Stay ahead of paid social and creative trends to keep clients on the cutting edge</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
REQUIREMENTS</h1><ul><li>
Analytical by nature, with the ability to identify meaningful signals from large datasets and performance trends</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
A sharp eye for what makes a winning ad creative</li><li>
Ability to manage creative production workflows and timelines</li></ul>

Competitive bonus structure (top Forward Deployed Creatives (FDCs) earn 30%+ annual bonuses)</li><li>
