This role blends product knowledge with hands-on project ownership, supporting both Dealers and End-users in developing accurate, high-quality quotes for Direct View (DV) solutions&mdash;including All-In-One and fully customized indoor and outdoor configurations.This is a customer-facing, product-driven role with an 50/50 split: 50% product ownership and quoting, and 50% sales support. You will act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams, helping move projects from quote initiation to final delivery&mdash;ensuring timelines are met, quotes are accurate, and customer expectations are exceeded.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on all of Newline&rsquo;s Direct View solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Dealers and End-users to gather requirements, define solutions, and build detailed quotes.</li></ul><ul><li>Recommend configurations based on technical needs, environment, and customer expectations.</li></ul><ul><li>Act as the internal project driver for DV quotes&mdash;from initial scoping through final delivery&mdash;ensuring all deadlines are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and manage each quoting project with the discipline of a project manager, even though installation is handled by the partner.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to verify solution feasibility and delivery timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a high level of organization while managing multiple open quotes at once.</li></ul><ul><li>Travel as needed for industry trade shows, DV commissioning, or critical field support&mdash;while continuing to manage other active quoting projects and deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure customers receive timely, complete, and accurate quotes that reflect their requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep current on market trends, competitor offerings, and product updates trends.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Associate degree required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>4+ years of Direct View LED experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quote requests and project timelines independently.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to drive a project to completion with minimal oversight.</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to multitask effectively&mdash;even while traveling&mdash;to ensure timely quote delivery and project continuity.</li></ul>Travel: 50% NationallyPreferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a customer-facing role involving technical sales, pre-sales, or quoting.</li></ul><ul><li>CTS certification desired</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (formal certification not required).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with CRM platforms, quoting/configuration tools, or technical documentation systems.</li></ul>Newline Interactive is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Are you authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship?Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
