<div>Job Summary:

Manages daily operations for the organization's logistics functions. Oversees implementation of warehousing, distribution, inventory management, or related strategies. Administers organizational logistics policies and standards governing the movement of goods or supplies. Implements changes meant to improve efficiency and reduce costs associated with the logistics function. Manages the Plant Purchasing, Scheduling, Warehouse and Customer Service Managers. Performs functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting manufacturing and logistics goals for customer orders, insuring product delivery is met at all times at the facility, and communicating appropriately with senior, executive management and the sales force regarding appropriate budgeting and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Personnel Management and Leadership: This includes providing leadership, managing and developing a team of supervisors and employees, and addressing performance issues through coaching and discipline.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Production Planning and Operations: This combines planning, coordinating, and overseeing all daily production activities to meet labor standards, customer demand, and corporate KPIs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Safety and Regulatory Compliance: This combines ensuring a safe work environment, promoting safety initiatives, and maintaining compliance with all company policies, including food safety and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Financial and Performance Management: This consolidates responsibilities for managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing performance reports for higher management.</li></ul>

&bull; Maintenance and Operational Efficiency: This includes coordinating with the maintenance department to minimize downtime and drive overall operational excellence. &bull; Performs other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the food industry.</li>
<li>Ability to give and receive thorough instructions and communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and other employees.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP's and Allergen Controls.</li>
<li>Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Prefer previous experience in a continuous improvement environment.</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)</li>
<li>Excellent Analytical thinking skills.</li>
<li>Ability to foster teamwork</li>
<li>Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skill</li>
<li>Excellent problem solving skills and a hands on approach.</li>
<li>Experience with BRC or SQF a plus</li>
<li>Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office and AS400 systems preferred</li></ul> 


Work Environment:
<ul>
<li>General warehouse environment. The majority of the work will be performed in the warehouse where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, and will be in the presence of operating warehouse equipment.
</li><li>While performing the day to day tasks of this job the employee may sit or stand for long periods of time while using hands and arms to possibly handle and operate objects. Occasionally the employee will need to kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb. The employee will be regularly required to talk and listen to others. There is occasional to frequent lifting involved with objects weighing up to 60 pounds.physical demands described here.</li></ul>

Production Manager

<div>Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic Technician will perform preventative maintenance &amp; emergency repairs to all production machinery, striving to improve equipment reliability &amp; glove quality, as part of the maintenance team.

Shift available: 3rd shift (11pm - 7am)

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Work on vertical baggers, ( Hayssen &amp; Matrix ) , Tanney &amp; Langdon cartoners, ink jet printers, and packaging equipment.
</li><li>Knowledge of bulk flour systems. ( Transfer blowers, air-locks, divertor valves, sifters, etc ) .
</li><li>Knowledge of industrial ovens, proofers, conveyors, dryers, etc.</li>
<li>Fill out daily log reports, emergency breakdown reports, work orders, and communicate with incoming shifts.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
</li><li>Ability to work on low voltage and 120-480vac equipment, starters, motors, vfd&rsquo;s, sensors, controllers, photo-eyes, etc.
</li><li>Install, debug and stabilize plant equipment as required.</li>
<li>Read schematics and blueprints in order to interpret, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues to properly and safely repair.
</li><li>Perform repairs and upgrades of the machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation.</li>
<li>Support installations, analysis and acceptance of new electromechanical equipment.
</li><li>Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies metal detectors, and scales.
</li><li>Test the performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test instruments.
</li><li>Fabricate guards using measuring devices, cutting tools and welders. ( stick &amp; tig )
</li><li>Read and interpret HMI panels to troubleshoot production line faults.</li>
<li>Install electronic parts and hardware, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
</li><li>Operate, test, and maintain robotic equipment.
</li><li>Assist in Production/Maintenance related assignments as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate issues and problem solve with Production staff any quality and safety concerns.</li>
<li>Perform electrical and distribution lock out/ tag out method steady with customary safety protocol.
</li><li>Facilitate to ensure all electro and mechanical safety requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in overtime assignments as required.</li>
<li>Provide &ldquo;on call&rdquo; coverage as needed.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associates Degree in Maintenance Technology field, Electro Mechanic, and or equivalent Education, Experience and Training.</li>
<li>1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Through knowledge of Maintenance jargon, Maintenance Best Practices Knowledge; OSHA, safety, etc.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work in a team environment.
</li><li>Working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and Production needs.
</li></ul>Work Environment: The job is performed in production areas where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles emanating from ingredients being used, both hot and cold environments due to production ovens and outdoor equipment, also working from heights of up to 60&rsquo; while working on flour silos and will be in the presence of or otherwise operating machinery.
