This position plays a critical role in preparing classrooms and shared spaces for the next school day.</p>

<div><div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Schedule:</b></h4><ul><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday - 4:30pm &ndash; 7:30pm</li><li>
Approximately 4 hours every weekend (Saturday or Sunday)</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Responsibilities Include:</b></h3><ul><li>
Daily vacuuming and mopping of classrooms and common areas</li><li>
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, classrooms, and high-touch surfaces</li><li>
Stacking chairs and closing down classrooms</li><li>
Gathering and taking out trash; resetting trash cans for the next day</li><li>
Running, unloading, and maintaining the dishwasher</li><li>
Ensuring blankets, linens, and cleaning cloths are properly laundered and stored</li><li>
Restocking paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other facility supplies as needed</li><li>
Organizing toys, classroom materials, and resource areas</li><li>
Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and staff break areas</li><li>
Maintaining the cleanliness of entryways, hallways, offices, and common spaces</li><li>
Reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management promptly</li><li>
Completing and/or assisting with weekend and seasonal deep cleaning projects and classroom resets</li><li>
Following all licensing, health, sanitation, and infection-control procedures</li><li>
Maintaining overall cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the center</li><li>
Closing and securing the facility each evening/weekend, including locking all entrances, completing the end-of-day security check, and arming the alarm system</li><li>
Performing additional cleaning, sanitation, facility maintenance, and operational duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 35&ndash;50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, standing, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift</li><li>
Comfortable using cleaning equipment and products safely</li><li>
Knowledge of or willingness to follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures</li><li>
Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning preferred</li><li>
Experience working in a childcare, school, or healthcare setting is a plus</li></ul><br>
