Mix dry chemicals used for fluxing, including lead oxide</li><li>
Weighing and mixing samples</li><li>
Loading furnaces, pouring fusions, and cupelling buttons</li><li>
Weighing dores and prills</li><li>
Parting dores</li><li>
Operating flame AA instrumentation for analysis of gold in solutions</li><li>
Maintain lab information with detailed and organized notes on procedures, directions, and priorities</li><li>
Order consumables and maintain an appropriate stock of items</li><li>
Handle hazardous material responsibly including proper sample disposal</li><li>
Assess and update SOP&rsquo;s, JHA&rsquo;s</li><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>
Evaluate and implement new digital technologies, including AI and advanced analytics tools.</li><li>
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Engineering, HR, and Business Units to understand needs and design tailored digital solutions.</li><li>
Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven improvements.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role</b></h5>
</div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>
Strong experience with data platforms, including database systems, data lakes, and data warehousing.</li><li>
Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks, data governance principles, and process optimization.</li><li>
Familiarity with AI tools, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>
Ability to design and manage digital projects, including stakeholder engagement and change management.</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>

Your Work Environment</b></h5>

The salary range offered for this role is USD $71,094-87,822. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. As the Specialist for Fieldglass Contractor Management, you will lead and optimize Newmont&rsquo;s SAP Fieldglass platform to ensure efficient contractor management, seamless integrations, and strong alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence, compliance, and improved contractor workforce processes across the company.</p></div></div><div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
As Part of Our Team, You Will</b></h5>
</div><div><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve Fieldglass and integration-related incidents, delivering both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to analyze and resolve Fieldglass/CPI integration errors.</li><li>Configure and maintain Fieldglass modules, workflows, and templates to support evolving business needs.</li><li>Design and manage integrations with SAP S4HANA and supporting systems (SuccessFactors, LMS, Avetta, site entry tools, logistics systems, and more).</li><li>Monitor Fieldglass performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.</li><li>Support major contractor management processes, system upgrades, and cross-functional IT projects.</li><li>Partner with Supply Chain, IT leadership, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and system optimization.</li><li>Ensure system integrity, security, compliance, and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to end-users across Fieldglass, S4HANA, Ariba, and related sourcing platforms.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role</b></h5>
</div><div><ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of SAP Fieldglass experience, including configuration and implementation in Services Procurement.</li><li>Strong Supply Chain functional knowledge and understanding of SAP integration points.</li><li>Experience with large-scale contractor data migrations and distributed systems.</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS solutions and out-of-the-box Fieldglass integration capabilities.</li><li>Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; PMP or Agile experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate across multiple functional teams.</li><li>Prior experience in mining, construction, utilities, or heavy industry is an asset.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
