WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (ESSENTIAL DUTIES)&hellip;
The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources Department by managing administrative processes, maintaining HR systems and documentation, and assisting with audits, onboarding, compliance, and employee support. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.<ul><li>
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters</li><li>
Assisting in the planning of company events</li><li>
Organize and manage the review and updating of employee data and reports</li><li>
Coordinate administrative steps of onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.</li><li>
Maintain HR records and systems, including updates to employee data and reporting structures.</li><li>
Support audits and compliance reviews by preparing reports, verifying documentation, and ensuring records are current.</li><li>
Monitor HR workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.</li><li>
Provide first-level HR support by responding to employee inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.</li><li>
Assist with benefits and payroll administration, including data entry, updates, and vendor coordination.</li><li>
Support workplace health and safety processes, ensuring proper documentation and communication of requirements.</li><li>
Assist HR leadership with projects, events, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>
Able to demonstrate professional work ethic</li><li>
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Good interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data and documentation.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.</li></ul>
Requirements:

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU&hellip;<ul><li>
Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress, with graduation expected within first year.)</li><li>
Prior HR internship or related administrative experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (such as Paylocity/ADP) preferred.</li><li>
Coursework or exposure to HR compliance, employment law, or organizational behavior strongly desired.</li></ul>

We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our team. The Case Manager is responsible for actively engaging and collaborating with clients to reduce barriers to achieving positive outcomes in critical areas of life.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Participate in daily team meetings to review client visits, concerns, and coordinate care.</li><li>
Attend meetings with clients to assist with developing recovery goals with plans to overcome potential obstacles.</li><li>
Provide support with understanding medications and find solutions to challenges such as transportation to appointments, grocery shopping or communication with Social Security for benefits.</li><li>
Communicate with client families and support members as part of the client&rsquo;s recovery plan.</li><li>
Ensure client housing needs are stable, including facilitating applications with Housing Authorities.</li><li>
Participate in individual or group supervision for therapeutic and problem-solving techniques.</li></ul>
Requirements:

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU&hellip;<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. Degree in Human Services field preferred.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in the Human Services field preferred.</li><li>
Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with reliable transportation to travel to facilities across the area.</li><li>
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable in dynamic work environments.</li><li>
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply critical thinking in client care situations.</li></ul>
