We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer who can contribute across the product &mdash; building new features, improving existing systems, and helping the team work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of getting things done.
As an IT Recruiter at Newrich Network, you'll get to:<ul><li>
Manage the complete cycle of the hiring process (taking requirements from managers, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, etc.).</li><li>
Solicit and attract qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or using the most promising sourcing methods;</li><li>
Coordinate with all parties involved in the talent acquisition process (managers, technical experts, etc.) during the selection process;</li><li>
Provide a guidance role in the evaluation of candidates and provide recommendations for hiring;</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Culture and Talent team to ensure the quality of the candidate and employee experience;</li><li>
Contribute to the definition, evolution and deployment of the employer brand in collaboration with the marketing team;</li><li>
Monitor best practices in talent acquisition in order to improve recruitment and selection processes and tools;</li><li>
Perform any other related tasks.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
What you need to succeed:<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;</li><li>
Previous Experience recruiting and building a founding technical team at a startup</li><li>
Knowledge of IT and software development;</li><li>
Master the use of social media and the best sourcing techniques;</li><li>
Fluency in English both written and spoken;</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully solicit, convince and close successful hires;</li><li>
Knowledge of an ATS system, we use Workable;</li><li>
Knowledge of common job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of HR will be considered an asset</li><li>
Knowledge of the DFO tool will be considered an asset;</li><li>
Be passionate about people and their stories in order to identify the best cultural fits;</li></ul>
