 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for supervising QC/ technical staff and maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production &amp; manufacturing teams under direct supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate denim-specific attributes, including fabric quality, wash techniques, stitching, fit, and finishing processes, to ensure consistency and adherence to design specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and decide all regulatory guidelines, i.e. raw materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure designated factories follow the production processes and best practices to produce expected quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Examine test results, stablished specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on quality solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or above in Fashion, Textiles or related disciplines
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 10-year relevant working experience in garment trading field; experience in USA market is preferable
 </li>
 <li>
 Denim experience is a must; Proven expertise in denim fabric characteristics, wash techniques, and garment construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess knowledge in factory safety and apparel safety requirements for US and EU
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge in technical patterns and construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Good problem solving and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
 </li>
 <li>
 Independent, well-organized and presentable
 </li>
 <li>
 Good computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of both written and spoken English
 </li>
