Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate team activities, and ensure the highest standards of landscape care. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces while fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.Duties<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and to high standards</li><li>Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control.</li><li>Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, removal, and health assessments in accordance with safety protocols</li><li>Assist with construction projects involving landscape installation, hardscaping, and site preparation</li><li>Monitor team performance, provide guidance, training, and feedback to promote safety and productivity</li><li>Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability</li><li>Quote jobs and do site visits.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture roles with a focus on quality workmanship</li><li>Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, gardening practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and general horticulture principles</li><li>Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of safety standards related to construction and outdoor work environments</li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers</li></ul>Join us as a Landscaping Foreman where your expertise will transform outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
