You&rsquo;ll play a crucial role in shaping their educational journey by providing accurate program information, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless and engaging enrollment experience.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Student &amp; Parent Counselling -</li><li>Professionally guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process with clarity.</li><li>Explain program offerings, eligibility, fees, financial aid, and campus details.</li><li>Build trust and rapport through personalized and empathetic communication.</li><li>Provide consistent follow-ups and support to help students make informed decisions.</li><li>Manage irate or anxious parents/students calmly and tactfully.</li><li>Admissions Operations -</li><li>Ensure completion, verification, and documentation of all admission-related formalities.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Track and report admission funnel metrics and student progress.</li><li>Support campus tours, counselling events, and orientation sessions.</li><li>Be flexible with additional responsibilities or extended working hours during peak admission seasons.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Traits :<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.</li><li>Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.</li><li>Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.</li><li>Professional demeanor and presentable appearance.</li><li>Target-driven with a proactive approach.</li></ul>Preferred Background :<ul><li>2+ years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or customer-facing roles (preferably in EdTech or Education).</li><li>Experience with technical course sales will be a strong plus.</li></ul>Educational Qualification :<ul><li>Graduate degree (Bachelor&rsquo;s or equivalent) is mandatory</li><li>Working days: 6 days a week (rotational shift based on roasters).</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 8 monthsPay: &#8377;300,850.03 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you open for 6-8 Months Contractual role?</li><li>Are you open for an Onsite opportunity, if yes how soon can you join?</li><li>What is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
