This role involves building complex, large-scale backend systems with deep expertise in Java, OOXML standards, and Apache POI. You will be a key contributor to research and development efforts, designing and implementing advanced document-processing features.This role requiring strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on development expertise.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.</li><li>Work extensively with OOXML (Office Open XML) formats for document handling and processing.</li><li>Implement high-performance, reliable document-processing features using Apache POI and related libraries.</li><li>Drive research and development efforts for innovative solutions in document management and processing.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable features.</li><li>Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and reviews.</li><li>Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above), Spring Boot, and Microservices.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Apache POI and OOXML.</li><li>Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.</li><li>Experience working with RESTful APIs, multithreaded programming, and performance optimization.</li><li>Good knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanism</li></ul>Nice-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li><li>Exposure to front-end integration (Angular/React) is a plus.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in backend development.</li><li>Proven track record in delivering complex, R&amp;D-driven projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.</li></ul>Interested and suitable candidates can contact HR : 9042051861Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks?
