NexHive is hiring Front Sales Executive!Location: DHA, Phase 7, Karachi.Job Shift: Night ShiftTimings: 8:00 pm - 5:00 amJob Summary: The Front Sales Executive will be responsible for directly engaging with customers, generating leads, and driving sales for our products and services. This role requires a customer-centric attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive. The Front Sales Executive will work to meet and exceed sales targets while representing the company with a professional and positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Target Achievement:</li><li>Actively engage with customers to promote and sell company products and services.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:</li><li>Maintain a strong, positive relationship with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.</li><li>Provide prompt and accurate information on products, services, and company policies.</li><li>Lead Generation and Follow-Up:</li><li>Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (in-person, online, events).</li><li>Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and update CRM systems accordingly.</li><li>Product Knowledge and Training:</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.</li><li>Attend and actively participate in sales training sessions.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation:</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and feedback.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
