Job Description<ul><li>Manage online and phone reservations.</li><li>Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.</li><li>Register guests collecting necessary information.</li><li>Welcome guests upon their arrival.</li><li>Provide information about our Gym.</li><li>Respond to clients&rsquo; complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals.</li><li>Perform Membership sale closing procedures including application &amp; contract.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or sales representative or similar role.</li><li>Customer service attitude</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Good command of English both written and spoken.</li><li>Flexible to work on a rotational basis.</li><li>English &amp; Arabic speaker</li><li>Sales experience is a PLUS</li><li>Saudi citizen</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsJob Type: Full-timePay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?
