Key Responsibilities: Sales Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the sales team to gather and track client requirements.</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients as needed.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of offers, tender documents, and order confirmations.</li><li>Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.</li><li>Negotiating and convincing skills.</li></ul>Administrative Duties<ul><li>Raise sales invoices and delivery notes in coordination with the accounts department.</li><li>Assist in tracking payment status and coordinating collection follow-ups.</li><li>Handle documentation related to contracts, LPOs, and project handovers.</li><li>Organize and maintain files&mdash;digital and physical&mdash;related to sales and customer accounts.</li></ul>Team &amp; Client Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.</li><li>Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.</li></ul>IT/Industry-Specific Support<ul><li>Understand basic technical specifications of biometric and IT products.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and partners for product availability and pricing.</li><li>Support sales with product documentation, datasheets, and application details.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in sales coordination or admin roles, preferably in the IT or tech industry.</li><li>Familiarity with biometric systems, software licensing, or hardware sales is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or invoicing systems is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Nationality (Preferably PH)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Industry: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
