<div>Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) &ndash; Dallas, Texas
Key Responsibilities 
 
1.Lead the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) for U.S. liquid filling operations; establish inspection standards to ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.
2.Oversee vendor/manufacturer quality performance, including incoming material inspection, in-process patrol checks at critical control points, and finished goods sampling/testing, to secure process compliance and product consistency.
3.Partner with Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) to collect customer feedback in the Americas, analyze after-sales complaints, and conduct field failure analysis for continuous improvement.
4.Collaborate with U.S. production and engineering teams, as well as HQ Quality, to synchronize quality data, track improvement progress, and support data-driven business decisions.
Qualifications 
1.Familiarity with ISO-based Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and hands-on experience with quality management in U.S. manufacturing environments.
2.Knowledge of U.S. regulated consumer product requirements; experience with FDA-related compliance is a plus.
3.Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in U.S.-based manufacturing; experience in consumer electronics or other regulated products preferred.
4.Proven record of cross-functional collaboration; experience in quality team leadership or project management is a plus.
5.Fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred for cross-border collaboration.
6.Ability to respond quickly to quality issues, develop effective solutions, and reduce customer complaints and business risk.
7.Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence and drive improvement without direct authority.
8.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.</div>
