We assist individuals and corporates in obtaining Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, and other international visas offering complete guidance from consultation to approval.We are seeking a Visa Sales Officer who will focus on converting client inquiries into successful visa applications, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and convert leads for visa and immigration services (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, etc.).</li><li>Provide expert consultation and build trust with clients to achieve sales conversions.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.</li><li>Prepare quotations, explain service packages, and follow up with potential clients.</li><li>Coordinate with the processing team to ensure accurate and timely visa submissions.</li><li>Maintain CRM records of client communications and payment updates.</li><li>Keep up to date with embassy requirements and new visa programs to enhance sales discussions.</li><li>Represent NEXO Services with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in visa sales or travel services.</li><li>Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a plus).</li><li>Good understanding of visa categories and documentation requirements.</li><li>Confident, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.</li><li>Currently based in the UAE.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Incentives: Attractive commission structure based on individual and team sales performance</li><li>Benefits: Employment visa, annual leave, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law</li><li>Career Growth: Opportunity to progress into Senior Consultant or Team Lead roles in a fast-growing company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in preparing and submitting visit or tourist visa applications (such as Schengen, UK, USA, or Canada)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Visa / Immigration / Travel Services: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
