Next 150 Construction Services, LLC

Overview: 
The Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site.
 
Responsibilities: 
Labor Journeyman typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
 <ul>
<li>Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris</li>
<li>Navigate construction job site terrain</li>
<li>Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers</li>
<li>Assist with basic deliveries & material storage</li>
<li>Housekeeping interior and exterior project site</li>
<li>Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson</li>
<li>Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader</li>
<li>Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
 <ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Construction experience preferred</li>
<li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)</li>
<li>Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire</li>
<li>Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
 <ul>
<li>Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures</li>
<li>Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
</ul>

Labor Journeyman

Overview: 
A Carpenter Journeyman performs basic installation of materials on a construction sites.
 
Responsibilities: 
Carpenter Journeyman typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
 <ul>
<li>Install items related to job site safety and functionality including safety rails, toe boards, ramps, temporary walls, temporary enclosures, elevator protection, decks for construction trailers</li>
<li>Build planning tables</li>
<li>Hang safety signs</li>
<li>Cover holes or open areas that are safety hazards</li>
<li>Mount Smartboards and TVs in job site trailers</li>
<li>Hang shelving in job site trailers</li>
<li>Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader</li>
<li>Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>2+ years of carpentry experience</li>
<li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
