Job Description (JD)Position: HR/ Admin Executive (Fresher / Junior HR)Company: Next Care Inc. Location: Chandigarh Salary Range: ₹15,000 per month Working Hours: 09:30 AM &ndash; 06:30 PMAbout the RoleNext Care Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher / Junior HR Executive who has good knowledge of Excel and can manage employee documentation and HR operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Support attendance tracking and leave management</li><li>Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities</li><li>Maintain HR reports and data using MS Excel</li><li>Assist in payroll-related data preparation (basic support)</li><li>Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries</li><li>Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin domain</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, sheets, data entry)</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly</li><li>Organized, punctual, and eager to learn</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Candidate with internship experience in HR will be an advantage</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-Time</li><li>Work Location: Chandigarh Office</li><li>Salary: ₹15,000/month</li><li>Timings: 09:30 AM &ndash; 06:30 PM</li></ul>How to ApplyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹9,685.45 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
