Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
</li><li>Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Colorado Springs area.
</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
</li><li>Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
</li><li>Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively.
</li><li>Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ethical and professional service.
</li><li>Utilize NextGen Home Group&rsquo;s marketing tools and platforms to promote listings and expand client base.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Fluency in Spanish and English</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales preferred
</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
</li><li>Proficient with Google Workspace
</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
