Compensation:
$70,000 yearly- $150,000
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage your sales territory by connecting with homeowners and business owners in the Kansas City area</li><li>
Build trust through consultative sales &mdash; identify customer needs, explain solutions, and guide them through the process</li><li>
Drive new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach (phone, email, in-person visits)</li><li>
Achieve and exceed sales targets &mdash; ceilingless commission means your income potential is in your hands</li><li>
Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity, positioning us as the go-to storm restoration company in Kansas.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven success in sales (2+ years preferred, outside sales a plus)</li><li>
A self-starter who thrives on meeting new people and closing deals</li><li>
Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects at once</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; industry knowledge is a bonus but not necessary &mdash; we&rsquo;ll train you</li></ul>
