Your primary responsibility will be to bid on projects and send proposals on Upwork and other freelance platforms for our web development and e-commerce services.If you&rsquo;re confident in English writing, passionate about technology, and eager to start your career in the IT industry, this opportunity is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.</li><li>Write professional, personalized proposals tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.</li><li>Maintain daily bidding records and follow up with potential clients.</li><li>Work closely with senior business developers to help achieve monthly targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fresh female graduate (BBA / BSCS / BS IT / Software Engineering preferred).</li><li>Excellent English writing and communication skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of web development or e-commerce platforms is a plus.</li><li>Confident, organized, and eager to learn.</li><li>Able to work independently and meet daily bidding goals.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Monthly Stipend</li><li>Earn commission on achieving monthly targets.</li><li>Bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.</li><li>Training &amp; mentorship from experienced business developers.</li><li>Growth opportunity to become a Business Development Executive or Client Relationship Manager.</li><li>Friendly, growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Flexible working hours (office &amp; remote).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher Contract length: 12 monthsPay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
