Your Role in Our Mission
As the Director &ndash; Commercial (Head of Commercial) at FNmarkets, you will define and lead the organization&rsquo;s commercial vision across all global markets. You will unify Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships into one high-performing ecosystem that drives measurable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand trust. 
This role is central to shaping FNmarkets&rsquo; position as a competitive global brokerage ensuring every acquisition, retention, and partnership initiative contributes directly to sustainable profitability. You will blend strategy, leadership, and execution to deliver on our commercial ambitions while embedding a culture of data-driven accountability, cross-departmental collaboration, and continuous performance excellence.
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact
Commercial Vision &amp; Market Leadership<ul><li>
Define and lead FNmarkets&rsquo; overall commercial vision, growth roadmap, and market positioning across all regions.</li><li>
Translate business objectives into integrated commercial strategies and quarterly execution plans.</li><li>
Align marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives to ensure unified and measurable growth outcomes.</li></ul>
Revenue &amp; Growth Strategy<ul><li>
Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition and retention funnels to drive FTDs, conversions, and lifetime value.</li><li>
Integrate Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams into a cohesive revenue engine.</li><li>
Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI to maintain growth with profitability discipline.</li><li>
Identify emerging market opportunities, product-marketing initiatives, and partnership expansions to accelerate global reach.</li></ul>
Brand &amp; Positioning Leadership<ul><li>
Strengthen FNmarkets&rsquo; brand identity and voice across digital, regional, and industry ecosystems.</li><li>
Develop creative and communication frameworks that reinforce trust and recognition in global markets.</li><li>
Leverage performance marketing, digital campaigns, and data analytics to enhance engagement and acquisition outcomes.</li></ul>
Partnerships, Affiliates &amp; Institutional Growth<ul><li>
Scale IB, affiliate, influencer, and institutional partnerships that directly impact revenue generation.</li><li>
Oversee the development of CPA/rebate models, loyalty programs, and partnership strategies that sustain long-term relationships.</li><li>
Expand market presence by developing commercial relationships with key external partners and strategic institutions.</li></ul>
Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>
Lead, mentor, and align the commercial leadership team across regions toward unified performance goals.</li><li>
Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and measurable accountability.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with the Head of Business to convert strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
8-10 years of experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry, including at least 3 years in a senior commercial or leadership role.</li><li>
Proven success in driving revenue growth through integrated marketing, sales, and partnership ecosystems.</li><li>
Strong command of client acquisition metrics CAC, LTV, FTD and their impact on brokerage P&amp;L.</li><li>
Deep understanding of IB, affiliate, and influencer programs with demonstrated partnership-building capability.</li><li>
Proficiency in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and conversion optimization.</li><li>
Experience leading cross-regional teams and managing commercial execution in global markets.</li><li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates).</li></ul>
