Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs)<ul><li>
Work closely with Total Rewards &amp; Performance to embed meritocratic pay structures and recognition frameworks.</li><li>
Partner with Talent Acquisition &amp; Employer Branding to define workforce needs, hiring strategies, and market insights for niche quantitative and tech talent.</li><li>
Collaborate with HR Analytics to turn data into predictive, actionable people insights.</li><li>
Partner with Learning &amp; Development to strengthen leadership and technical capability across global teams.</li><li>
Align with People Operations &amp; Mobility to ensure seamless, compliant employee experiences across markets.</li></ul>

Serve as the connector between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring HRBP excellence across all markets.</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior HRBP or leadership roles.</li><li>
Background in proprietary trading, fintech, hedge funds, or high-growth technology environments.</li><li>
Proven success partnering with executives to scale organizations, manage transformation, and drive performance.</li><li>
Strong understanding of compensation, performance management, and organizational analytics.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading OKR and performance alignment frameworks.</li><li>

What You Bring<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within financial services, fintech, or trading industries.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in partnering with global HR CoEs (Rewards, Analytics, Talent Acquisition, L&amp;D).</li><li>
Proven experience designing and embedding OKR-based performance and workforce frameworks.</li><li>
