<div><p>Job Description</p>
<div>We are looking for a detail-oriented QA / Test Engineer with 2+ years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing and a good understanding of testing methodologies and tools.</div>
<p>
Responsibilities</p>
<ul><ul><li>Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans</li>
<li>Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications</li>
<li>Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and system testing</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools</li>
<li>Work closely with developers and product teams to understand features and resolve issues</li>
<li>Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings</li>
<li>Validate bug fixes and ensure timely closure</li>
<li>Ensure software meets quality standards and client requirements</li>
<li>Prepare test reports and provide test status updates</li>
</ul></ul><p>Required Skills</p>
<ul><ul><li>2 years of experience in Manual Testing</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC</li>
<li>Experience in testing Web and Mobile applications</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with test case creation and execution</li>
<li>Knowledge of bug tracking tools (MantisBT, JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)</li>
<li>Understanding of API testing (Postman is a plus)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with proven fluency in English.</li>
</ul></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p>
<ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Experience in Performance or Security testing</li>
<li>ISTQB certification (added advantage)</li>
