 The main objective of the Wellness Coordinator role is to efficiently establish the wellness function in the region to ensure proper planning, designing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive wellness program that will serve as an added value benefit to promote the products and services of the company to its existing and prospected customers through various wellness initiatives..
 
 
 
 What You Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for developing, planning, marketing and executing wellness initiatives and programs consistent with the customer wellness interests and needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for gathering and analyzing data to measure the program success on wellness initiatives and compiles statistical summaries of participant attendance and prepares reporting of all wellness campaign activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports BD team in preparing wellness presentation for tender submission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting and coordination with Business Development / Relationship Managers and clients requests coming from payers and brokers for wellness campaigns and discount packages for their insured members (End-to-End arrangement)
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible in creating and updating the wellness process and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the monthly wellness calendar along with MARCOM and BD &ndash; Not limited to Heart Day, Breast Cancer Awareness, Eye Check, Flu Vaccines etc.,
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain provider wellness database to further expand the Employee Wellness Program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with MARCOM in developing creative communication materials to be distributed to the clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with MPM team in negotiating annual health checkup packages, monthly discounted offers and promos. Procure the best possible health awareness campaign through healthcare providers and supports UW team to get the best possible discount for wellness benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attends and participates in provider meetings relating to wellness initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the human resources team to arrange wellness initiatives for employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with national wellness initiatives and activities in the market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with the company service level agreements and always maintain high degree of customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead special projects and initiatives as and when required and coordinates with logistics and other support functions if necessary.
 </li>

Wellness Support Lead

 Job Overview
 
 
 
 The Team Leader will oversee a dual function team supporting Pulse training and medical coding across the MEA region. This role combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight of both Pulse training and medical coding quality.
 
 
 Based in Cairo, the Team Leader will manage a team of platform trainers responsible for onboarding and upskilling providers on Pulse, alongside medical coders who ensure accurate and compliant medical coding services. The role requires a balance of people leadership, process optimisation, and regional coordination to ensure high service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in provider experience and coding accuracy.

 Medical Officer &ndash; Outpatient Precertification is responsible for managing the Outpatient Precertification claims while ensuring that departmental goals, timeline of activities, and compliance measures are met.
 
 
 
 What You Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Precertification team is functional on 24/7 basis. Therefore, the Medical Officer will work on a flexible shift basis as per the schedule provided by the Team Leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adjudicates - outpatient medical claims by evaluating each case from both the technical and clinical perspectives, ensuring all decisions comply with policy terms and conditions and are delivered within the stipulated turnaround time and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs a comprehensive review of outpatient documentation, including consultation notes, diagnostic reports, laboratory results, radiology findings, prescriptions, treatment plans, and follow‑up notes to validate medical necessity and appropriateness of care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assesses the necessity and justification of proposed treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence‑based guidelines and outpatient benefit structures
 </li>

 Requests additional medical documentation or identifies missing information essential for accurate decision‑making, coordinating with providers when clarification is required

 Conducts utilization review for outpatient services, including but not limited to evaluation of billed items, non‑covered services, overutilization patterns, and appropriateness of investigations or procedures.
