What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

As a <b>Nex</b><b>tech</b> HVAC/R Technician, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. From troubleshooting to repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance &mdash; <b>you&rsquo;re the expert our customers trust.</b></div><div>
Here&rsquo;s what your day could look like:</div><ul><li>
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components</li><li>
Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations</li><li>
Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads</li><li>
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery</li><li>
Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers</li></ul>

Min Compensation: USD $35.00/Hr. Max Compensation: USD $40.00/Hr. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide the highest level of technical ability, quality, value, and integrity to our customers</li><li>
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for commercial customers.
</li><li>Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems</li><li>
Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer</li><li>
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers</li><li>
Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics</li><li>
Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle</li><li>
Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applications</li><li>
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutions</li><li>
Participate in company-provided training opportunities</li><li>
Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new unit/ system, PM contracts, and additional services)</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician</li><li>
EPA certification and a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans</li><li>
Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology</li><li>
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality</li><li>
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 100 lbs</li><li>
Stand, climb, kneel, crouch, bend, and work with tools for extended periods</li><li>
