</div>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

As a Dispatcher at Nextech, you&rsquo;ll be the linchpin of field service operations. You&rsquo;ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.</div><div></div><div><br>
Your responsibilities will include:</div><ul><li>
Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date</li><li>
Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management</li><li>
Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database</li><li>
Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work</li><li>
Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance</li><li>
Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully</li><li>
Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers &mdash; always with professionalism and urgency</li><li>
Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls</li><li>
Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region</li></ul><div>

<p><strong>  Technical Trainer - Digital Support (Part-Time)</strong><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> £30 per hour 4 days a week Mon-Thu, 6pm-9pm <strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (Manchester + Remote)<strong>Outside IR35</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to deliver our Level 2 Certificate in Digital Support course!You'll help learners build essential IT and digital skills through engaging, practical training sessions.</p> <p><strong>  Course Details:</strong></p> <p><strong>Start date:</strong> 24th November 2025<strong>End date:</strong> 26th March 2026<strong>Duration:</strong> 17 weeks (includes a 2-week Christmas shutdown from 22nd December - 4th January)<strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday to Thursday, 5pm-9pm<strong>Location:</strong> Predominantly remote, with the first week and occasional weeks delivered face-to-face in Manchester city centre.</p> <p>  Applicants must be based in or near Manchester and able to travel when required.</p> <p><strong>  What You'll Do:</strong></p> <p> Deliver interactive technical training focused on digital support and IT fundamentals. Guide learners through key concepts and practical applications. Design and adapt course materials to suit a range of learner abilities. Inspire and support learners to achieve their goals.</p> <p><strong> ? What We're Looking For:</strong></p> <p> Strong IT knowledge (e.g. CompTIA, CCNA, MCSA, or similar). Experience teaching or training in a technical field. Excellent communication and learner engagement skills.
