What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components</li><li>
Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations</li><li>
Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads</li><li>
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery</li><li>
Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers</li></ul>

Min Compensation: USD $30.00/Hr. Max Compensation: USD $50.00/Hr. What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician</li><li>
EPA certification and a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans</li><li>
Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology</li><li>
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality</li><li>
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:

This is a physically active role. You should be able to:</div><br>

Must be able to safely work at heights using ladders up to 28&ndash;32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits</li><li>
Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs</li><li>
Must be able to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks</li><li>
Must maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity</li><li>

</div>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

As a Dispatcher at Nextech, you&rsquo;ll be the linchpin of field service operations. You&rsquo;ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.</div><div></div><div><br>
Your responsibilities will include:</div><ul><li>
Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date</li><li>
Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management</li><li>
Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database</li><li>
Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work</li><li>
Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance</li><li>
Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully</li><li>
Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers &mdash; always with professionalism and urgency</li><li>
Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls</li><li>
Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region</li></ul><div>
