We are seeking a dynamic Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier engagement and drive excellence in quality and process development. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust APQP execution, process implementation, and proactive problem-solving across our global supply base.</p><p>
You will act as a strategic partner to suppliers and internal teams, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced quality methodologies to deliver world-class performance. Expect opportunities for travel (10&ndash;30%) and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.</p><p>

</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
As the <b>Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer</b>, you will be responsible to:
</p><ul><li>Supplier Capability Assessment: Plan and execute evaluations of potential global suppliers to ensure manufacturing readiness.</li><li>
APQP &amp; PPAP Leadership: Review and approve supplier quality plans and submission requirements using industry-standard methods.</li><li>
Critical Characteristics &amp; Process Controls: Define part-specific requirements and ensure robust process controls.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical expertise.</li><li>
Structured Problem-Solving: Lead root cause analysis and implement timely, effective solutions using proven methodologies.</li><li>
Supplier Development: Drive continuous improvement through workshops, training, and technical assistance at supplier sites.</li><li>
Qualification &amp; Certification: Oversee component qualification and certification processes for selected suppliers.</li><li>
Audits &amp; Performance Monitoring: Conduct technical reviews and audits of supplier processes and quality systems, ensuring compliance and performance improvement.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Experience in Manufacturing or design in one or more of the following: machined parts, bearings, ferrous castings, die castings, plastics, rubber, powder metal, extrusions, or stampings.</li><li>
Proficient in print reading, interpretation, and part measurement. Knowledge of GD&amp;T, gage design, and tolerance analysis. Familiarity with statistical quality control, DOE, and tools like Minitab.</li><li>
Strong communication and leadership abilities. High analytical capability for problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Willingness to travel globally as desired.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven <b>Commodity Manager (IC)</b> to lead the procurement activities for <b>forgings and machining commodities for our Drive line Product Line </b>. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of forging and machining process, strong supplier management skills, and a proven ability to deliver commercial value while mitigating risks across the supply chain.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
As the <b>Commodity Manager</b>, you will be responsible for:
</p><ul><li>Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management</li><li><ul><li>
Develop, execute, and continuously improve the regional sourcing strategy for forgings and machined parts.
</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop cost disruptive suppliers to meet quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and sustainability objectives.</li><li>
Lead supplier negotiations to secure best-in-class material cost &amp; commercial terms to the company.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance and manage key relationships to ensure continuous improvement, compliance, and risk mitigation.</li></ul></li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li><ul><li>
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams to align purchasing strategies with technical requirements and program timelines.</li></ul></li><li>
Cost Management and Benchmarking</li><li><ul><li>
Lead and support annual cost reduction targets and ensure cost competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle, utilizing cost analysis, market intelligence and should be cost.
</li><li>Stay abreast of market trends, raw material fluctuations, and technological advancements that may impact cost structures.</li></ul></li></ul><br>

Risk and Compliance Management</li><li><ul><li>
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including single sourcing, financial stability of suppliers, and geopolitical impacts.</li><li>
Ensure all supplier contracts and purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.</li><li>
Support supplier quality audits and escalation processes as needed.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
4+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain experience in the automotive sector.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing suppliers for forgings and machining</li><li>
Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering commercial savings.
</li><li>Proficiency in cost analysis, should-cost modeling, and total cost of ownership methodologies.</li><li>
The ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 10-20%).</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
