We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a passionate Associate Full Stack Developer who is eager to grow and contribute to next-generation AI solutions.Role OverviewThe Associate Full Stack Developer will work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to build, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js for frontend and Django for backend APIs. The role involves managing cloud deployments, handling real-time systems, integrating third-party services, and ensuring seamless application performance.This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of modern web development practices.Key Responsibilities Frontend Development (Next.js)<ul><li>Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Next.js.</li><li>Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), routing, and API consumption.</li><li>Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional web pages.</li><li>Optimize frontend components for speed, scalability, and SEO.</li></ul>Backend Development (Django)<ul><li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django and Django REST Framework.</li><li>Write clean, scalable, and secure backend logic.</li><li>Integrate with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.</li><li>Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.</li></ul>Real-Time Features &amp; WebSockets<ul><li>Develop real-time communication features using WebSockets (Django Channels or relevant libraries).</li><li>Handle live updates, notifications, and streaming data efficiently.</li></ul>Cloud &amp; Storage (AWS S3)<ul><li>Manage file uploads, media assets, and static content with AWS S3.</li><li>Implement secure access, bucket policies, CDN integration, and optimized storage workflows.</li></ul>Version Control &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Use Git, GitHub, and pull request workflows for code versioning.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, maintain development standards, and ensure high-quality code contributions.</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Work in an agile environment using Jira for task management, sprint planning, and tracking deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.</li></ul>Third-Party Integrations<ul><li>Integrate external APIs, payment gateways, authentication providers, and other third-party systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain secure, reliable data exchange.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 1 years of practical experience in full stack development.</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>Next.js / React</li><li>Django / Django REST Framework</li><li>WebSockets</li><li>AWS S3</li><li>Git and GitHub</li><li>Jira</li><li>Third-party API integration</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Good communication skills and documentation practices.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven products.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Learning opportunities with senior engineers and AI experts.</li><li>Flexible work culture (remote/hybrid depending on company policy).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with the company budget starting from PKR 30,000per month?</li><li>Do you have hands-on knowledge of Django, React, and Next.js?
