Job Description 
We are looking for a passionate and innovative professional who is keen to join our Endpoint DevOps team, which is part of the Data Platform Engineering group! The Endpoint DevOps team is providing an internal development platform comprising tools and services that Endpoint developers use daily. Their mission is to enable our Endpoint Engineering organisation to develop and build the Nexthink product. 
 
Join a small team of diverse and experienced engineers that have full ownership of their domains, right from the requirements gathering and design phase, all the way through implementation, validation, and deployment. You will work closely with Endpoint Engineering, Security and Architecture teams to understand developer needs, design and implement solutions, and promote them for adoption and usage. You will be part of a group that works together to build a world-class internal developer platform with modern technologies and best practices. 
 
As an Endpoint DevOps Engineer, you will:<ul><li>
Provide the necessary tools for daily development of the product, integrate with cloud platforms, as well as helping developers to manage their build system and CI pipelines.</li><li>
Be responsible for setting up and maintaining part of the development tools (ex. Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub).</li><li>
Develop internal self-service tools and platforms for that are used by the Nexthink developers in their daily work.</li><li>
Own the required technical work for different projects, from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.</li><li>
Engage with Nexthink's developers to build relationships, identify potential areas of improvement, and help drive the adoption of the team's platforms.</li><li>
Document solutions built by the team and organise workshops and training to spread knowledge to the development teams.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
University degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>
Candidates will typically have minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer with knowledge of best practice of professional software development.</li><li>
Experience developing automated CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>
Experience with defining guidelines for usage of different CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).</li><li>
Experience building self-service internal development platforms.</li><li>
Experience in developing platform-as-a-service solutions.</li><li>
Experience with C++ development and CMake</li><li>
Experience delivering endpoint applications both under Windows and MacOS</li><li>
Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform).</li><li>
Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g. Datadog).</li><li>
Experience with programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell and/or Bash.</li><li>
Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting a VDI solution (Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, Azure AVD, AWS WorkSpaces)</li><li>
Very good problem-solving skills, open mind towards suggestions, can do attitude and agile spirit.</li><li>
Autonomous, with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>
Curiosity to learn new things and discover new technologies.</li><li>
Work with the agile iterative/incremental mindset.</li><li>

 To support Nexthink Professional Services, we are looking for a Professional Services Consultant who can provide services activities to Nexthink strategic accounts in order to provide ongoing value to Nexthink customers on different areas of operations.
 
 
 The focus of the role is to work with set of Service Delivery Managers to provide analysis for customer&rsquo;s dataset and provide recommendations as well as maintain application operations.
