Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Growth Marketing Executive (SEO &amp; Google Ads Expert) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategic SEO practices, performance-driven Google Ads campaigns, and data-backed marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.</li><li>Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.</li><li>Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing) to maximize ROI.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.</li><li>Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and design team to develop SEO-friendly content and marketing assets.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, funnels, retargeting campaigns).</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads and support overall business growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).</li><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.</li><li>Proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO &amp; paid ads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.</li><li>Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Good communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with leading universities/brands and exciting growth projects.</li><li>A learning-driven environment with career growth opportunities.</li><li>Hybrid/Office-based working model (as applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
