Someone who wants to do the right thing.Duties<ul><li>Run residential service calls (maintenance, diagnostics, repairs)</li><li>Educate customers on system health, comfort, and efficiency options</li><li>Present and close high-value replacement and upgrade opportunities (honestly and ethically)</li><li>Help with installations when needed to keep the schedule flowing</li><li>Use Housecall Pro to document, quote, and process jobs</li><li>Provide 5-star customer experiences and collect reviews</li><li>Work closely with the owner and team to hit goals and build brand reputation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience (EPA certified preferred)</li><li>Strong diagnostic and communication skills</li><li>Ability to build trust and offer solutions without pressure</li><li>Comfortable closing high-ticket jobs when the need is real</li><li>Clean driving record and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Team player with positive attitude and reliability</li><li>Willing to learn, grow, and represent the NextWave brand with pride</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
